How it (usually) works

1. Say hi

After making an inquiry, we’ll get back to you in a few hours. We’ll set up a time to chat via phone or Zoom, as well as answer any immediate thoughts or concerns you have. Don’t worry, we don’t bite.

2. We work out the details

During our initial consult, we’ll talk about your specific research or statistical needs, what you’d like to accomplish, and what your constraints are. We’ll then work with you to come up with a plan and a timeline based on your goals and comfort level with statistics. The consult, and any corny stats jokes, are free.

3. The project itself

Whether it’s analyzing data, designing a new study, or diving into the literature, we tailor the project and timeline to fit your needs. Some folks only need a quick analysis, while others want to start by designing the study method or understanding the literature. We can work with researchers who want to be deeply involved,  and those who want turnkey solutions. Piece of cake.

4. Success!

Once a project is complete, we deliver all files created during the process well as a written summary of all the important findings and explanations of what’s going on, in plain English. We then have a talk and make sure you are completely comfortable with where your project is and with your ability to understand your results. Once a project is done, you’re still always welcome to call or contact us with questions or follow-up requests.
